Business Card Project
Description
For this project I designed my own logo for my business card and then I used a template on vistaprint to format the card itself.
Business cards are still relevant because even with access to new technology, nothing beats a face to face connection with a physical reminder of your interaction. They are easy to store so people keep them and use them. Business cards should continue to be used even when it seems like they are outdated and irrelevant.

Digital Artist Inspiration Project
Project Discription
For this project I first researched and learned about a digital artist who I found inspiring. I chose to research Teresa Freitas who is a surrealist photographer in Lisbon, Portugal. She primarily photographs the sea, space/stars, and does portraits. After learning about her and putting together a presentation, I did some imitations of her work. Since she takes the majority of her photos on her phone I took some pictures on my phone. I then spent time learning how to use Photoshop to edit pictures. I watched YouTube videos and online tutorials and then I worked on editing my own photos. I spent a long time trying to get them "just right" and I went through a lot of different edits for each picture. I am proud of my final pieces and I think they reflect how much I've learned about Photoshop and digital art from this class
